France grew up in Brooklyn, New York attending 12 years of parochial school then Nursing School at Brooklyn College. She has her Bachelors in Nursing from Hunter College and Masters from New York University. While working at various hospitals as a nurse, she began studying acting, singing and dance. France developed her love for the theater working in Community Theater and summer stock. She was booked on all the soap operas in the 80's as under five and day player also playing the role of Nurse Collins on All My Children for several years. France expanded her acting work in TV and films frequently playing nurses where she brought her expertise to all the roles. Since she was a Registered Nurse and great with kids, France was frequently booked as a baby wrangler, technical advisor and set nurse for various films and TV projects.
